Sometimes this is all that is necessary for a favorable outcome, if you are not the party with the burden of proof.
Legal Argument on Admin Appeal

This includes presentation of legal argument and/or additional facts to the appeals officer.
Mediation
$1,700.00 - $5,100.00

This includes a meeting with a mediator and your opposing requester or agency to negotiate a mutually agreeable outcome. This can be effective when an agency wants to provide records but needs additional time, or when a requester is willing to narrow the scope of the request.
Petition for Judicial Review
$1,550.00 - $5,900.00, plus applicable filing fees
(depending on the complexity of the argument and the reasons for agency denial)
This includes filing a Petition for Review and the record with the appropriate reviewing court, preserving your grounds from denial/administrative appeal.
This option can only be selected in conjunction with an Appellate Advocacy Package.
Appellate Advocacy
